Will SafotuI was born in Riverside, CA and I currently reside in Long Beach, CA. I am a proud Samoan American.

I received my Masters Degree from California State University-Dominguez Hills in Education Counseling in 2018. I also received my Child Welfare & Attendance credential along with my Pupil Personnel Services credential. (Note that Will received a 2nd Master’s Degree in 2023 from CSU Long Beach)

I was an Academic Counselor for the Los Angeles Unified School District working at Manual Arts High School, and recently accepted a position to be a Counselor with the Long Beach Unified School District.

I am happily married to my wife who is also in education. I have a daughter, Kyla, who is 7 and a son Caleb, who is 11. I love spending time with my family and extended family, and I try to golf as much as possible. One of my main passions is to help our Pacific Islander youth navigate through their educational and career aspirations.
