Bryan Gutierrez, Yeser Argueta Rodriguez, Ian Pula, Diana Luviano, Centennial High School Students, Compton Unified School District, and Hope Thompson, recent graduate of the University of Southern California, were the featured artists at the NPIEN Student Art Exhibit Grand Opening at the Pacific Island Ethnic Art Museum (PIEAM).

Centennial Principal Shauna Harris and Centennial Art Teacher/NPIEN Board Member Sean Munley and NPIEN Vice President Ethan Nguyen presented NPIEN medallions to each of the students. The students each presented their art work to the audience followed by a reception with scrumptious food and music by the Aloha Ukulele Ensemble.
