  • Continue with the Sustaining Membership Drive in March to May 2009
  • Consider alternative fundraising ideas such as a Cookbook, Candy Sales, and Luau
  • Participate in the TEAM Golf Tournament
  • Find a grant writer

  • Identify more board and staff members
  • Post by-laws on website

Technology

  •  Establish sites in Linked In, Plaxo, or Facebook
  • More participation in blogging from membership
  • Re-design the web advertising to be less crowded and easier to read

  • Develop Membership benefits such as t-shirts or business discounts and membership cards
  • Appoint a Membership Chair
  • Invite prospective members and board members to meetings

  • Develop a list of mentors who can visit schools on a year-round basis
